"We have been with state farm for years. And they have always helped us when we had any issue. Now when covid came around and my husband got in a wreck, it was not good trying to figure out what they were going to do with his truck. We would talk to person to person. And no one knew what was going on...and they put used parts on a vehicle when you get in a wreck and that don't total it out .. just fyi... my full coverage I pay isn't for used parts in my opinion... but yea. There decent."
